Depending on the role you have applied for, in some cases you might be asked to complete a take home assessment. Your Talent Acquisition Team will prepare you with all the information you need to know and share a detailed brief for you on what to expect.

Hiring Manager Interview

This is an opportunity for you to meet the hiring manager to give you more details about the role, what your day-to-day looks like and the impact you can have. During the interview you will also be asked a series of open-ended questions and situational based questions, to get to know your decision making process and how you like to work.

At this stage, you will meet those you'll be working with, including team members and leader. The team will be assessing for values fit.

Our application process for Tech is thoughfully crafted to ensure we identify and engage the best talent in the industry.
Each stage is designed to assess not only technical expertise but also problem solving abilities, innovation, and cultural alignment, ensuring that we bring on board individuals who will thrive our dynamic, forward thinking environment.

Talent Acquisition Interview
(For all tech roles)

Learn About Us:

We’ll give you an overview of the role, introduce you to the team, and share details about our technology stack and projects.

Discuss Your Journey:

We’ll explore your experience, skills, and future career goals to ensure there’s alignment with the opportunities we offer.


This call will take approximately 45 minutes.

Cultural Interview (Front, Back, DevOps and Full Stack roles)

In this stage, you'll have the chance to speak with a representative from our product delivery team. We'll dive into your experience with specific tech stacks and your approach to delivering product features within an Agile framework.

Tech Stack Experience:

Share your hands-on experience and the tools you've used to successfully deliver products.

Agile Methodology:

We'll explore how you've worked within Agile teams to bring features from concept to delivery.


This conversation will take approximately 30 minutes and is a great opportunity to see how well your working style aligns with our team's culture

Take Home Test (Front, Back, DevOps and Full Stack roles)

Candidates applying for Front-End and Full Stack roles (and potentially Back-End in the future) will be required to complete a take-home coding exercise. This test gives you the flexibility to demonstrate your coding skills and problem-solving approach in your own time.

What’s the Task?

You'll work on a simple coding task designed to assess your approach to problem-solving. The task won't require any prior knowledge of trading or trading systems.

Timeline:

You’ll have 24 to 48 hours to complete the test, allowing you to showcase your abilities while balancing flexibility with a prompt submission.

This exercise helps us evaluate your coding style and methodology in a practical yet manageable way.

Technical Interview (Front, Back, DevOps and Full Stack roles)

This hands-on stage gives you the opportunity to showcase your technical skills in a live coding session or problem-solving exercise tailored to the role.
The focus of the exercise will include Code Review, Unit Testing, Architecting Distributed Systems, and Clean Coding principles, depending on the position you're applying for.

Real-World Challenges:

You'll be tasked with solving a simplified trading solution that mirrors real-world project scenarios. This allows you to demonstrate how you tackle practical technical problems, with an emphasis on code quality and critical thinking.

Live Assessment:

During the session, we'll evaluate how you approach technical challenges, review your coding structure, and assess your ability to think on your feet. You’ll also be encouraged to walk us through your thought process and problem-solving strategies.

Q&A Session:

After the coding exercise, we'll discuss your technical decisions and invite you to ask any questions you have about our tech stack or the projects you may work on.

Technologies:

Back-End: For back-end roles, you'll work with .NET Core 8 (C#) to demonstrate your capabilities.


The interview will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, including both the coding exercise and the follow-up Q&A.

Front-End: For front-end roles, we are doing a react technical with typescript.

Full Stack: We are doing a react technical (FE) and a C# (the project supports .Net 8)

Offer stage

After completing the Technical Interview, you can expect to hear from our recruiter with an update on your application within 4-5 working days. If all goes well, we will extend an offer that includes comprehensive details about the role, compensation, and benefits.
